Coliseum

Coliseum's Motorhead influenced approach has done really well for them in the past and on their later full lengths you can see a progression to where they're moving away from that and coming into their own.

The GC5

The GC5 fit easily into the Mid-West punk band category. If they were still around today I think they'd be keeping good company with bands like D4, The Arrivals, The Brokedowns, and This is My Fist.

Eagle Twin-The Unkindness of Crows

Hailing from Salt Lake City, UT the mighty Eagle Twin. This album has a really awesome vocal feel of Om and the heaviness of Sleep and Neurosis and a slight hint of Lightning Bolt to start the album out. They also feature Gentry Densley of Iceburn on guitar. .

BG

Also out of Fort Smith, AR featuring members of Burned Up Bled Dry. I got to see BG once a really long time ago and didn't pick anything up. Finally got into them years later. I can't find a discography online or anything but here is the split they did with Iron Lung and their 2nd EP which doesn't have a track listing and I'm not sure what it was called. If anyone can help me out with those titles and possibly any other releases that BG did I'd appreciate it if you sent 'em my way.

Crime-San Francisco's Doomed

Late 70's punk from San Fran. Fans of The Stooges, Murder City Devils, and Hickey would be down.

Underground Railroad To Candyland

Underground Railroad are a lot like Chuck Berry in the sense that the songs all kinda sound similar but for some reason you don't care because they're all awesome. URTC has all the members of Toys That Kill minus Sean. You will like. The B-sides are songs from a Underground Government comp, a split with the Pricks, a song from a 4-way split on Small Pool Records, and an unreleased song from the Bird Roughs session.

That Was Then

Great hardcore band out of Memphis, TN. I got lucky and saw them play several times before they broke up in 2008. Definitely check out Troublemakers. I think musically and lyrically it was the best stuff they put out.
